I agree with IanB. To me it's even more than a, "bit annoying." It's an insult to have these Global, "Offers," of $1.00 etc. show up in our, "Nifty Dashboard." The only reason I think people do this, is in hopes of someone hitting the, "Accept Offer," tab by mistake.
