Each NFT in an account should qualify for a drawing voucher...Drawing vouchers then could be used towards any drawing--saved, multi-entered, etc. Drawing vouchers could be distributed at periodic intervals--weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Drawings would only be entered via a drawing voucher. Noobs would be included by purchasing OEs....starting their collections. Thus putting skin in the game. Having drawing vouchers would reward HODL'rs, punish flippers, and shame Paper Handers....
